Great job taking an inanimate object (the building) and turning it into a what felt like a living, breathing character.

Just curious, what camera/format did you shoot this on? it is gorgeous!

Fantastic imagery. I agree with Matt that your work turned a building into a living and breathing being.

Josh, This actually looks really good. A lot better than you’re spec stuff. Hope you are getting paid well. The only thing I didn’t like was the refection of the camera in the dolly shot. Good luck.

Wow - thanks “Gary”. Glad to see you can write in a civilized manner. I’m surprised to see this tone from you.

Still waiting to see your work….

Josh, sweet- looks like you’ve been playing with a steadicam and focus pulling. Or maybe one of those figrigs. I dunno. Clue me in.

The piece was cool! I even linked to it.

[...] This is a piece I shot and directed for Portland Center Stage who I’ve been doing quite a bit of work for since last year. The “film” as I’ve called it here is Double-O-Send Up. I feel a little bad posting it because it doesn’t make any sense without proper framing and context, but just know I was paid to direct this short and I worked with the script and resources they handed me. You can view the short by clicking the link above or find it over in the sidebar. [...]
